All systems are monitored 24/7 and based upon customer requirement service based SLA's are delivered as part of our contract.

For IAAS services BitBahn deliver the service to the customer as a instance, the base OS image is deployed with default details, all configuration, commissioning and ongoing OS support is under the control of the customer. A fully managed service can be offered, but an MSA (Managed Service Agreement) will need defining and agreeing.

All SAAS services are delivered as fully managed products based by fully in-house trained engineers and backed by a service level guarantee.
